The Timber and Stone house is a companion to the Wall House II. Constructed from the same Adelaide bluestone and spotted gum cladding this project is arranged in an L-shape around a central courtyard.
Designed to provide year round comfort in South Australia's extreme seasons, the buildings feature double glazed air locked windows and doors, hydronic under floor heating with careful orientation, window placement and thermal mass for absolute comfort.
Set deep amongst a gum tree forest, this three storey large extension features a dramatic curved roof. The exterior is wrapped in Standing Seam architectural panel system with stone walls.
