Our experience and expertise in construction covers new custom homes of all sizes, as well as renovations and extensions. With a core in-house team of carpenters, we have increased control over the majority of the building process, from framing to second fix. For you as our client, a better-controlled timeline means a shorter build time plus less chance of delays.

And by using the best available products, materials and trade contractors, we achieve a greater degree of quality and a better end result. However, we do understand that you want to know you are receiving value for money.

In addition to the traditional tender process we can offer a negotiated tender, whereby we seek quotes for each trade and materials on behalf of you, our client. This is an open book costing process, so we will share this information with you and make our recommendation. However, ultimately, you can nominate which quote we accept. After costing is complete, you can choose for us to work on either a fixed price structure or cost basis. Again, this gives you more control over your costs – with either peace of mind in knowing the final build price won’t change, or the flexibility to make small changes to fixtures and fittings as work progresses.
